Database Integration
Risk Shell can connect directly to proprietary institutional databases, allowing clients to retain their existing data infrastructure while using Risk Shell for investment research, risk analytics, portfolio construction and reporting.
A secure data bridge synchronizes the client database with Risk Shell without requiring the institution to replace its existing database or data-maintenance processes. Proprietary assets, classifications and data fields can then be used alongside standard Risk Shell databases across the platform.
Integration is available for widely used database platforms including Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access, with implementation tailored to each institution's database structure and security requirements.
